Fred out, Romney out, there is no joy in Trueconville today, the great Rush has struck out,

Zot me if you wish, but after all the vitriol towards me on FR, the last two GOP candidates left are McCain and Huckabee, the irony was too good to pass up.

JMO, but a lot of Freepers acted like the left with their stern demand that every person must adhere to a 110% litmus test.

With now McCain's sealing up the nomination and blaming everyone else and their dog, maybe you all should look at yourselves, despite the claims of 20 million listeners or being a top web site, the results are in and your brand of conservatism is not selling where it counts, the GOP primaries.

Heh! Don’t forget Ron Paul! He may be getting my protest vote!

If Romney would have dropped out after NH, maybe Fred would be the frontrunner today!

your brand of conservatism is not selling where it counts

So you have nothing to contribute and you are only posting this as a stick in the eye?

Looks more a headline needed:

DEMOCRATS DIVIDED - PARTY BREAKING ITSELF APART.

Seems the GOP has settled on its candidate.

>John McCain and his ilk will open the borders to the floodtide of entitlement voters

Well, that is exactly want she wants and it is also the point of her post here:
We are losing because we oppose Amnesty.

Didn’t you know that she is an open borders troll?

Rush and the conservative punditry picked the wrong horse. They decided to make a conservative savior out of a flip-flopping Massachusetts liberal while tar and feathering a far more conservative candidate in Mike Huckabee.

But, none of them apparently are willing to step up and take responsibility for manipulating the race, dividing conservatives and leaving us with McCain as the nominee.

How will offering amnesty to, and then allowing floods of illegal immigrants into the country, who will then turn around and vote for ‘rats so that they can get even more “entitlements” at the expense of the taxpayers, “conserve” anything?

You have been campaigning on FR for Huckabee. I would think that you would be happy now that it is him vs. McCain.

Rush didn’t do this. You did. And I did and lots of other GOP voters did.

But mostly it was done by idiots like Rudy and Hillary who helped create this retarded primary system which jammed everybody up in the first 30 days and made all the bluests states winner-take-all.

McVain is only our nominee because of the way the board was layed out. McVain still has yet to win a majority of ACTUAl republicans. So congrats to him for figuring out how to co-opt our primary without actually having to be a republican.

But blaming Rush Limbaugh is way off the mark. Rush only got to vote once. And I’m absolutely sure he didn’t vote for McVain. Rush did get his home town to vote agsinst McVain in large number and you can blame him for that. But Rush doesn’t create conservative discontent with McVain, he just uses his megaphone to express it.

She is telling you that we lost because we do not support amnesty.

President McCain would do well to keep Fred and Mitt real close in his administration.

I see Rush moving to TV or writing another blockbuster (if he pleases to), especially if McCain loses.
