I’ve been resigned for a while that 2008 is the year of The Witch.

Hey, it really *is* the year of The Rat!

yeah ... you are some conservative ... going to vote for Obama? The #1 liberal democrat.

Just because one of the RINOs who you bought snake oil from is dropping out today?

Say hello to my new Commander-in-Chief, President Hillary R. Clinton.

I'm not so sure anymore. The more I realize just how much Soros money is behind Queeg and every one of his "maverick" pet causes, the more it's looking like he's going to be the one. Especially when you see just how much Soros had to do with "opening" republican primaries over the last eight years, with Queeg as his point man at The Reform Institute. Open primaries made this nomination a reality.

Hillary may be nothing more than a diversion. If you think about it, Queeg can do a hell of a lot more damage by "reaching across the aisle" than a polarizing figure like Hill can. He can dismantle the republican party from the inside and deliver a one-socialist-party system much faster and more effectively than anyone else can.

We're in a heap of trouble.

The handwriting is on the wall, regardless of Romney's disposition.

We are going to have either the "SECOND COMING" or "HER MAJESTY" as our next POTUS.

Whether it is a Deity or Royalty, our nation is about to move so far left, we may not recognize her!!

Proof once again that some things just can’t be bought!

Mitt was/is a RINO, who tried to pull the wool over our eyes, spent millions on trying to convince us that he now has seen the light, and become a real conservative.

Good Riddance!

I salute you as well.

Let Willard go off and spend four years proving his conservative conversion.

“Time to find a Third Party conservative candidate to support!”

Definitely.

I don’t think it will be that easy, but I think we can defeat her. Unless, of course, conservatives stay in their snit and don’t vote.

ABC broke into Rush breathlessly, playing soundbites of Mitt saying he was staying in (before CA). Then saying he spent millions of dollars, had ONLY 10 states, and ONLY about 200 delegates. Once again MITT ROMNEY is out of the race.

Why I will never vote for McCain who is fawned over by the liberal media.

Don’t underestimate the impact of the Mormon thing as well. IMO that, the MSM and the McCain/Huckabee tag-team lovefest made it virtually impossible for this otherwise supremely qualified candidate to actually win in the GOP as it is currently structured.

IS THIS THE PLAN --

Romney releases his delegates to Huckabee and let's Huckabee run against McCain for the remainder of the delegates.

McCain was only getting 40% of the Repulbican vote.

With Romney out, Huckabee (with all of his faults) may be able to undo McCain.

If he is for real, it will show in four to eight years.

I’d like to thank the person who kept placing this back in Breaking News as I tried to fix it. Let’s not turn FR into a “I’ll post, the Mod will fix later” bulletin board.

No, the corpse is the Republican party, which has now eliminated the only viable semi-conservative out there. Hope you enjoy president Hillary.

McCain has no further use for the Huckster. He certainly isn’t useful in the general election — his strength is in states that would go red if the GOP ran a potted geranium.
