McCain has no further use for the Huckster. He certainly isn’t useful in the general election — his strength is in states that would go red if the GOP ran a potted geranium.

Well if Freepers don’t vote for McCain in November you will get Hillary in office and you will be responsible of the defeat in Iraq, a new rise of islamo-terrorism and a quick decline of the US power.

You are right. And that is the supreme irony in the whole thing. Mitt withdraws looking like a gentleman and Huckabee has shown us all to be the nasty little turd which he is.

The only mystery remaining is who McCain will pick as VP. And whether we will still have a country in four years.

Forbes, Lott, Grammn, and Barbour have all endorsed Mccain . At what point will the majority here on FR understand the consequences of a Socialist RAT in the WH? Read Bill Bennett today. You are going to sit out this year and elect a RAT who is going to undo the Reagan Rev. and implement the Great Society Rat policies of the 60’s and 70’s. Wake up, there are no purists anymore- Join the John Birch society if you desire a perfect candidate.
