Fox news just reported that Mark Halprin [sic], from Time Magazine, has information that Mitt Romney will be ending his campaign sometime today.
You mean two men and Ru.
One issue ain’t gonna cut it.
I’ve looked at him. I’d rather slit my wrists.
Glad to hear you’re a Ron Paul supporter now, but I’m sorry at the news that brought you to here.
Just shows, the impossible can happen and I can actually be in agreement with you. ;o)
Trying to learn about the Third Party possibilities.
I’m sorry. I guess I didn’t understand where you were coming from at all. The last line especially threw me. So you don’t have class envy, that’s good, but a lot of others here exhibit it.
Yeah, it looks like everyone’s been had that supported a GOP candidate.
I’m not sure that’s what Rush means by that. At any rate I’m with you; Juan MxCain will get nothing but disdain from me.
“One issue aint gonna cut it.”
see tagline, please
Huckabee - reliably pro-life, not recently pro-life.
Huckabee - reliably pro 2nd amendment, not recently 2nd amendment.
He understands that it is for self defense, not just hunting and sports.
If DUNCAN HUNTER believes he can be trusted on border/immigration and WOT issues, I would trust Duncan Hunters informed, educated judgment after he spent a year getting to know the candidates, more than I would trust the opinion of any of the haters on here.
“As a matter of principle, I would never vote for the Beast! I may not vote for McCain because of the same principle. I was mearly presenting a strategic option which I feel would be more effective to combat open borders immigration.”
I am not excited about McCain either, but the election of Hillary is going to gauranty abortion forever and all manner of socialistic policies which will wreck America the same way that Europe has been wrecked. It also means a benign treatment of the growing terroist threat around the world and within our borders. To sit out this election or to waste a vote on some third party candidate is a vote for Hillary. Please don’t do that.
A leftist friend of mine was gloating about how leftie FR has become.
Then I’ll focus my attention in efforts against Gov. Huckabee. But for now, it’s Sen. McCain.
It will be interesting to see what Huckabee will do now because so far he has resisted completely ever acting like he was running against McCain. He kept claiming he was in it to win, not to sink Romney. He sure did act indignent. It will be really interesting to see how he tries to wiggle out of this one.
Good point.I admit many people like McCain-i’m still in shock.I’ve done some reading re: McCain-and he worries me.My dad(Republican)voted McCain-i voted Romney. My 3 sisters-all support Hillary. If it comes down to it,i’ll most likely(reluctantly)pull the lever for McCain.
The reason why we ended up with McCain is because none of the candidates, except for Romney, was acting like they were running against McCain. They all acted like they were running against Romney. Plus that and open primaries, and all of the moderate Governors endorsing McCain, plus the liberal media. Many people don’t pay attention to what is really going on, they just listen to the talking heads.
Agree on all points.
Anyone who would support that losertarian RINO is not a real Republican.
“Just proves that Romney was nothing more than a “stalking horse” for McCain in the first place.
(It makes as much sense as when people said it about Fred Thompson, after all.)”
Actually, that makes no sense at all, because Romney acted like he was actually running against McCain, unlike Huckabee and Fred. Huckabee and Fred never, ever acted like they were running against McCain, they never said ONE WORD indicating that they were running against McCain, in fact the way those two were acting during their run, I could swear that McCain wasn’t even in the race, surly neither ever mentioned one word crtical against him.
“How big of you.”
I agree, the people who are acting so nasty about Mitt are wondering why Fred got no support, because of their hateful talk against another decent candidate. All it did was call into question the sincerity of Fred, if he was such a decent candidate, how is it that he could attract such hate-mongers? They made Fred lose all credibility as far as being a decent guy goes.
Are you actually supporting the nutter?
