Fox news just reported that Mark Halprin [sic], from Time Magazine, has information that Mitt Romney will be ending his campaign sometime today.
As soon as it becomes official from Mitt, Huckabee will announce he is pulling out.
I love Mitt. You are wrong.
I question the timing.
For the frist time in many years I have lost all optimism about the future of the Republican Party and our nation. The long dark 1970s are about to repeat themselves. Pray for another Ronald Reagan at the end of it all.
And then we are stuck with Huck??? Can you see the campaign buttons—STUCK WITH HUCK! :(
Go Ron Paul!
lol
Amen!
$35,000,000+... DOWN THE TUBES!
Ron Paul '08
Can we have one more EPIC FAIL pic for good measure?
that is a horrible picture and you shouldn’t have posted it
So who gets his delegates?
Looks like his sons finally convinced him to quit squandering their inheritance.
Mock all you want, but CNN has 3 sources as well.
He will suspend his campaign today unfortunately.
The number of sources confirming it is too strong. This is not like when they simply assumed Thompson was dropping out every other day without any sources saying it was going to happen.
What a sad day.
I could argue it took a lot of Freepers a helluva long time to figure out they needed to stop McCain, and failed.
Good choice! I know his chances are practically non-existant, but at least he is sincere, and conservative on most issues.
“Wow, that was an expensive vanity campaign.”
It will probably be worth something. He may be frontrunner for 2012, get a cabinet position, etc.
What fools conservatives are. You know when the dems saw Mitt THEY knew he was it (explains the substantially higher numbers of attacks on Mitt than anyone else by 2 to 1). Too bad conservatives were not smart and savvy enough to figure it out. The dems could see he would be an exceptional candidate and a formidable opponent to their inexperienced, inside-the-beltway offerings.
Ahh my eyes!!!
Since Mitt is a fanatical and lifelong hunter, I’m sure he’ll be catching up on his hunting and shooting.
