Tom DeLay being interviewed on FOX has mentioned that McCain had young sign waving supporters in audience. Alludes to the fact that the audience was stacked. DeLay is very disappointed that Romney has dropped out of the race. Said he could have been the torch bearer for the Republican party.

McCain said character and quality of Alito and Roberts.....big diff between that and their VIEW OF THE CONSTITUTION.
Furthermore, catch what he says regarding judges....they are to “enforce the people’s laws.”
He views judges as rubber stamps, not as guardians of the Constitution.

Humbling? He may have made a few self-effacing jokes but he never admitted any specific mistakes or any regret for his countless betrayals against the party and conservatism.

That’s the whole problem with McCain. While quality and characters of Roberts and Alito are terrific- it’s their view of judicial RESTRAINT, their views of the constitution and law that matter. He simply doesn’t grasp that...
