Spokesman Howard Wolfson emails:

Late last month Senator Clinton loaned her campaign $5 million. The loan illustrates Sen. Clinton’s commitment to this effort and to ensuring that our campaign has the resources it needs to compete and win across this nation. We have had one of our best fundraising efforts ever on the web stoday and our Super Tuesday victories will only help in bringing more support for her candidacy.

That's funny. Eight years ago these grifters didn't have two nickels of their own to rub together.

Don't you know that organized crime families like the Clintons keep their wealth off the book away from public view. I am sure that Dan Lassiter probably took care of them, but that money had to go unreported. Now after they got out of the White House the Clintons were able to realize the Corleone dream of going legitimate. Their cash flow became legitimate and they could live it up without suspicion of who got killed or where the money came from.

Dick Morris mentioned on O'Reilly tonight the Politico report that Hillary's $5 million loan to her campaign was against assets that included $20 million Bill received from Ron Burkle for Clinton's shares in Burkle's Yucaipa fund. One of Clinton’s partners in Burkle’s Yucaipa fund is the Dubai Investment Group, a company closely linked to Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, Dubai’s ruler. Maktoum is a major contributor to Clinton’s presidential library. O'Reilly cut Morris off, saying he didn't want to discuss speculations.

Exposing Hillary’s Illegalities In Los Angeles Court To Begin Feb. 21!

The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project will shortly launch its fundraising drive to raise $500,000 to support the most important citizen’s legal initiative of 2008. The landmark civil fraud suit of Paul v Clinton et al which the California Supreme Court ordered to proceed against the Clintons, Grammys Producer Gary Smith and Clinton agent Jim Levin, will be set for trial and a discovery schedule at a special conference to be held in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 21, 2008.

The first law suit in American history to bring a President and a Senator to court for defrauding the Senator’s largest campaign donor and his public company will be set for trial and discovery at the Case Management Conference before Judge Munoz. Discovery and depositions of key witnesses, including the Clinton family, Al Gore, Ed Rendell, Terry McAuliffe, Harold Ickes, Howard Wolfson, Kelly Craighead, Barbara Streisand, Brad Pitt, Larry King, Mike Wallace among an array of political and entertainment leaders, will present an inside look at a culture of corruption that will shock the public.

Although this story has been widely reported, I can’t help but noticing that none of the “reporters” have questioned how hillary came up with an extra $5mil on a US Senator’s salary.

I think back to when Bill was squeezing the Chinese for illegal contributions. I guess now that he found out how oil money flows bigger and better that Red Chinese money must seem like chump change.

A blog response to the news of this "loan" to herself which she wants paid back to her by others:

[How do they have $5,000,000 to spend on herself, when…

“We have to build a political consensus, and that requires people to give up a little bit of their own turf in order to create this common ground.” — HRC

“Too many people have made too much money.” — HRC

“I certainly think the free-market has failed.” — HRC

“(We) can’t just let business as usual go on, and that means something has to be taken away from some people.” — HRC

“It’s time to send a clear message to what has become the most profitable sector in the entire economy, that they are being watched.” — HRC

“The unfettered free market has been the most radically destructive force in American life in the last generation.” — HRC

“The money has to go to the federal government because the federal government will spend that money better than the private sector will spend it.” — HRC

“Why do I have to keep proving to people that I am not a liar?” — HRC]

She should have spent it at Victoria's Secret and thanked Bill for all his help.

I agree with you Bender, Bill and Hillary never earned that money. If ishe gets in we will be having all those 'gates' again.(file gate, travel gate, etc.) Just new ones.

If hillary did like Bob Dole and resigned her senate seat, she wouldn’t get her salary. We all know Money is her God.
Before they won the presidency in the 90s, they really were not considered “rich”. During their presidency and afterwards they have become multimillionaires. AND democrats think coorperate heads make too much money. lol

The most dangerous part of this is that the family wealth has come mostly from Bill Clinton’s foreign speaking engagements in places like Red China and Dubai.

glad to hear her money is coming from legitimate sources. thought it might have been some old menabucks she dug up.
