There was no conservative party primary to discuss tonightYou can say that again! The GOP is now officially NOT a conservative party.

If McCain get the nomination we have to vote for McCain, at least we can pressure him to elect good judges.
Know what the Gang of 14 was?
McCain's record is one of surrendering to the Democrats to avoid having to fight them on Social Conservative issues. He has all ready sacrificed dozens of solidly Pro-Life Conservative judges on the alter of "bi partisanship"
Please do not be naive enough to think John McCain is going to fight his good buddies Russ Feingold, John Kerry and Ted Kennedy to get you Conservative judges. It just is not going to happen.

I got better things to do with my time and money. How about you? I'm going to save a bundle this year on campaign donations.
OTOH, my money will be worthless after we are nuked by the Islamofascists and Hillary raises taxes and ruins the economy.

Yep. McCain has won the nomination. Who will be the VP ... is the only question now. Who should it be?
Or do we start a third party?
Will Clinton survive the BamaBrigades?

Needs to be said to get the morons and dreamers and coke addicts to wake up - THE RACE IS OVER - MCCAIN WON:
"A brokered convention will not bring an outside candidate in to save the day. Deals will be made to put McCain over the top. There is no fairy tale ending to the brokered convention scenerio."

Partys are not indestructible. Since the two partys seem bent on fusion, there is coming a time when a new political party will have to rise. Same thing happened in 1854, after the 1852 election. Question is, do we have one issue that enough people can rally around to replace the Republican party, or will it just be another splinter group? I'd hate to be part of a group that produces the next generation's Ron Paul.

“Everyone I spoke with never had Romney on their list to vote for. Romney was never a viable choice. Oh well.”
Who knows what would have happened if his money and organization had not depressed the opening field.
He came out of nowhere, but sucked the air out of the possibilities and possible challengers.

No it is going to be President Clinton and Vice President Obama. You can kiss victory in Iraq and Afghanistan goodbye. Al Qaeda will interpret the landslide victory in November as their victory....
