And thanks to the GOP Establishment and rabid anti Mormon hysterics for handing the Democrats a 60 seat Senate and the White House. Welcome to the political tar-pits GOP Dinosaurs! You got no money, no organization, poor turn out and badly split base that sees virtually no difference politically between your tax hiking Liberal Candidate and theirs. The Republicans will be lucky to take 10 states in Nov.

Exactly what it was in the south, anti-mormon votes. Whoever the Republicans put up McCain or Huck it'll be our Walter Mondale, they might get 1 state.

There is probably no word ever created that more accurately describes the election of 2008.

I know Rush and Levin were tossing their panties onto Mitt’s stage. I lost alot of respect for them this election cycle.

I'm glad I was not the only one to notice this.

Consider yourself lucky you have not tuned in to Bill Bennett in the past few days.

Gaarckk!

The GOP has no issues.

The GOP has become nothing but a committee of self-absorbed incumbants, who are all sold out to their donors.

Time for a new party.

You’re probably right. What can you do? These public serpents just want power and will say and do whatever. Democracy is flawed.

People are too stupid to govern themselves. Just listen to your family, friends and neighbors and their assinine comments and rationale for why they voted for __________ (fill in the blank).

I get the distinct impression that the GOP establishment doesn’t really give a damn

Oh they care. Their power and perks rest on winning elections. They actually think they can with with this candidate.

This is their "brilliant" master play. They are looking at all the national polling data and saying "hmm only McCain is winning in the national head to head polls, we got to back him."

What idiots.

9 months ago the only person who could beat Clinton Inc was Rudy G.

Where is he now?

That is where the GOP and McCain will be this Nov.

Allen had the Washington Post hitting him with everything they could muster, while Webb, who has turned out to be everything we thought he’d be and then some, was portrayed as the heroic war hero (dang, why does that sound familiar?) who could do no wrong.

Allen’s speeches weren’t necessarily Reaganesque, but he outlined conservative principles.

Yes, they did.

I will never forgive McNasty or the Huckster for doing this. After all the dirty stuff they pulled, I don't think I can pull the lever for McCain in the general, WHO by the way, doesn't have a prayer against Obama and will be unable to defeat Hillary. I wonder if Huckabee will ever realize the role he played in putting the democrats back in the whitehouse. How ironic if that democrat is Hillary.

From Huckabee’s speech tonight, it sure didn’t sound like he was going to drop out.

From Romney's speech tonight, it sure didn't sound like he was going to drop out.

The end of the world starts tomorrow. God has withdrawn his favor from America. The beast is slouching toward Bethlehem to be born.

The Dems beat us while we were beating each other up. We are all very stupid.

At least Bennett gave Hunter and Fred some kudos earlier on in the campaign. But he would get stars in his eyes when he talked about Rudy, so I turned him off too.

There is zero chance of brokered convention. pipedream.

And quit yer whining about have to hear about people speaking out about the very real anti Mormon hysterics that goes on. Romney was bashed horribly and unfairly for months and were you there to tell people to knock it off on FR? hmmm, yet you have to complain about people speaking out about it. Nobody on FR is more thin-skinned than the Romney-bashers.
