UH-OH!
I will be very careful. Fortunately I live in Western NY, and am pretty sure I will get honest help if it is too confusing. Those of us blessed by living in rural areas don’t have to put up with funny business at our polling places.
I vote at our volunteer fire department.

You will probably not have 8 Repub candidates in Upstate NY, as they seem to have their act together.

The rest of the nation calls this Super Tuesday.
In Louisiana, we call it Mardi Gras!

I am not playing the "Lessor of two Evils" game this time. Why lease them both out when you could just pick the lesser of the two?

Why did Dobson wait until his endorsement has little effect. Most voters either have already voted or will not receive this news until after they have. Most aren’t like FReepers who are up to the minute with this stuff. A day late IMO and will have little effect.
BTW, the response time on the Site is very slow, anyone else experiencing problems? I'm on Cable.

Rush is really spanking McCain over the leaking and spinning of Dole’s private email to him yesterday calling it a dirty little trick, very Clinton Inc.

If you look at the choices Romney made for judges, he's disqualified also. (Did you know that the committee that presented names to him served at his pleasure? They were hand picked by Romney. That they sent him activist judges and Romney picked some of the most activisit of the lot says a lot about him.)
I fully agree with your assesment of Romney's past.
You are correct sir about his past.
However, his campaign promises (his rhetoric if you will) is now, for the most part conservative.
In my judgement, he is a FAR BETTER choice than McAmnesty and the Huckster.
If the threat of full-scale amnesty and the destruction of my party and country was not staring me in my face, I would vote for McAmnesty, but I am not stupid and I will not vote for that traitor McCain.
Fred has fled the game, so I am left with one SORRY choice to defeat both McCain and the Democrats, Mitt Romney.
This pains me greatly to have to vote for him, however, I will not give up my country to the Illegal Aliens or the Democrats without a fight!
I will vote for Mitt in the Primary, and if he does not win the nomination, I will write in Fred's name, because if McAmnesty gets the nomination, as Reagan stated: "I did not leave my party, my party left me".

He might even switch to the Democratic Party, just so he could be in the Guinness Book of World Records.
My money is betting that if Hillary takes the Dem nomination and gets the Pub, the two "good friends" will join together for the benefit of the nation and he will agree to be her VP. Thus ending our political system as we know it. Remember: I said it first here!

OMG - that’s insane. And why it’s not out of the realm of possibility for McAmnesty.

I am sorry. I don’t understand your point in #137. Thanks.
To: Miss Didi
If I understood Rush correctly he just talked about McCain stabbing his own party in the back. Rush is getting pretty riled with McCainiac it seems. Good.

(What a pathetic state of GOP affairs it has come to, picking a lesser evil nominee.)
To: Petronski
One of many problems with McCain is that he WILL meltdown sometime before November. And yes, it will be epic. Public and ugly. That’s why the MSM & the dems want him so badly as the GOP candidate. They know he will self-destruct when they go after him in the pressure-cooker environment in September & October.
They can’t lose w/ McCain against them. It will be a shoo-in for Obama or clinton.
They’ve played up the economy out of all proportion to its real status, and people are buying it. They’re ignoring Iraq and WOT. They’ve got a self-destructing whacko running against them. They got the RINOs leading the GOP to abandon their core conservative constituency, and now that constituency is abandoning the GOP.
Unfortunately, the stars are aligned for the commies. We avoided it in ‘00 and ‘04 by the thinnest of margins. Not this time. I hate to say it but I call it as I see it. I will pray hard for my country, that we will not succumb to satan, but it will take miraculous Divine Intervention to avoid it. Without it, the next four years will be the worst in American history. Ever.

Yes, this site is very busy today.
I also agree the Dobson endorsement was too little, too late. At least for today’s primaries.

I held my nose and voted for Romney this morning. Our best hope is to elect more conservatives to Congress in order to block Slick Willard’s liberal impulses.

Why did Dobson wait until his endorsement has little effect. I can only surmise... that Dobson who has publicly stated he would not vote for McCain in any circumstance, has become dissolute with Huckabee of late to endorse Romney.

Its clearly obvious that the politically informed conservatives are rallying around Mitt but will it be enough? A week ago I talked to a few folks here in NY whom are registered republicans and they don’t even know who Mitt Romney is!! If he only had a few more weeks to boost his national credibility. His lack of notoriety along with undercurrent of anti-mormonism is really hurting him in this primary cycle. He looks great in the debates against that crusty old curmugdeon, but nobody is watching them.
