Does the Duke “rape case” ring a bell? The black woman who made false charges was supported by the media and many of the Dumbocrats without an iota of proof. This kind of racism (rich white boys raping poor little black woman) was instantly taken up in the media and in Duke’s professorial halls as rock solid. Has that black woman served any time in jail for her lies? No, she gets a pass because she is black, period.

Counterpoint: Name one black women who has disappeared in an exotic locale, on a class trip. It’s not about color. It’s about the prurient appeal. I am as disgusted about salacious coverage as anyone, but it is not about color.
