NASCAR is placing drivers Kurt Busch and Tony Stewart on probation for six races, beginning with Sunday’s Daytona 500. The punishment follows a confrontation between the two former series champions, who wrecked in practice last week and then carried it into the NASCAR officials’ trailer. NASCAR says the probation stems solely from the on-track portion of their clash, when the drivers deliberately used their cars as battering rams.(Associated Press)(2-12-2008)

A Warning means that one is on the ground, in you're hood, and it is time for you to do the duck and cover thing.

So I made sure it was scheduled for sometime after the checkered flag drops.

I don't know if you saw the interview with Pemberton on this subject, when asked about a repeat offense....
The way he looked sideways, eyes squinted a bit, "you will probably see some unprecendented (sic) actions taken...."
