I saw Petty back in the late 80’s... guy comes out and starts and does something like 90 minutes straight of nothing but number one hits.
He recorded one heck of a lot of good stuff.
I worked on Tom petty’s house back in the 80’s he was quite a cool character and actually a good person
I have “American Girl” on a cd and was listening to it in the car...my son said he sounded like he swallowed before he’d completely finished chewing his Doritos.
I guess my son knows how this feels. Heh heh!
Anyway...I like Tom Petty.
