Personally, I think the Patriots would rather be in the Giants’ shoes right now.

You don’t get a trophy for most regular season wins - that gets you nothing. Part of being the best is winning big pressure games. And the Giants were able to pull it off. That makes them the best of the year.

Nonsense. The same was said about the Pats when they lost to Indy last year and the Broncos before that. Every year theyve lost in the playoffs, theyve comeback to go to the Superbowl the next. No, this one is devastating.
It would have been better for the Pats had they been blown out from the start of the game. Instead, they had perfection at their fingertips. In their minds they were probably thinking of the interviews and speeches they'd be giving.
They went 18 games plus 59 minutes and 30 seconds unbeaten.
Then at the last tick, it all evaporated.
It's like being at the gates of heaven then suddenly being thrust into hell.
This one is a knockout punch.

Maybe he’ll come out here and be a Seahawk.
I think it’s appropriate that somebody named “Moss” should play in the Pacific Northwest, since everything out here is coated with it.

They are beginning to remind me of the 9-11 truthers.
The only problem is we are telling the truth. Patriots are CHEATERS!!!!!!!!! Deal with it.

NIght - I am here a little bit longer - savoring this ya know.

The goal of every NFL team is to win the Super Bowl. By definition, the best team in the NFL is the Super Bowl Champion. The Giants are the best team in the NFL this year.

Do you think the Giants will have a parade in downtown NY? I just don’t know.

It was a fluke. Anytime Minnesota wins its a fluke. They are one of the leagues worst.Minnesota almost made the playoffs, and I think they are going to be pretty good next season.

True. I commented after the first Patriots game that after Tiki and Shockey were gone, the Giants became a team. The backbiting and smack talk stopped and they started playing some very good football.

Geez, Im getting tired of this if a girlfriend shows up to watch her man perform in whatever sport, its bad luck. What superstition, and harkens back to all sorts of bad attitudes towards women as the sexual predator who saps mens strength. Good grief. It's not bad luck. It's just a distraction that the QB does not need. Now, if Giselle was a wife, the QB wouldn't be distracted at all. ;-)

Personal attacks? I think he was just saying that the Giants proved that the Patriots are not the best team in the league. Despite their record they didn’t come through when it counted the most as the best teams are supposed to do. But if you want to take that personally.....

He's a cheater and, now he's a big loser.
He left his team on the field before the game was over. He's the BIGGEST LOSER!!!!!!

"Minnesota almost made the playoffs, and I think they are going to be pretty good next season."
Please remind me when the Vikes last won a playoff game? Not this century.
