In a case that could wind up in the U.S. Supreme Court, an appeals panel upheld dismissal of a lawsuit by Massachusetts parents seeking to prevent discussion of homosexual families in their children's elementary school classrooms.

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday agreed with a judge's decision last year that a school can expose children to contrary ideas without violating their parents' rights to exercise religious beliefs.

Lynch reasoned that schools must accept the Massachusetts high court's groundbreaking 2003 decision ruling "that the state constitution mandates the recognition of same-sex marriage."

EXACTLY

I’m not religious but find homosexuality disgusting as do many of the ppoeple I know. They too are not religious

two men poking each other is not normal or natural for if nature intended the same sex to have sex then those two would be able to reproduce, They cannot.

It is a sexual perversion same if a person likes being tied up, hit etc

To say this is natural is just flat out wrong and it is those poeple who need mental help as it is those people who are confused on what nature intended.

Congrats on your kids I took my family out of the state and wish every family who finds this disgusting move to.
The final peice for me was the homo marriage and then I find that the legilature bribed by kennedy, the Gov deval patrick pelosi did voter suppression

over half a million people moving out would cripple the state and then they the liberals and fanatics could never use the state as their torch.

When I tell people in an argument that I don’t want gay marriage ands that is not normal homosexuality that is then they automatically think I go to church which is not the case.
Now don’t liberals tell us that we should not stereotype

They should also be required to talk about the higher incidence of disease and the stink.

I left massachusetts and moved to northern Florida, st augustiine to be exact where here we don’t have a nanny state.

I told the teachers where my kids go to school about how Massachusetts is with homo’s in school and they were disgusted.
Just last week I told the liberian that I don’t want any mention of gays in their books for my kids, she replied I was not alone she doesn’t either and then she astounded me

She told me that many parent shave said the same thing over the last two or three years infact she thinks hundres of parents then she told me that it is up to parents to tell their kids about it not for her or any teacher to tell kids.

Now that is how teachers should be and just shows you that there are still good teachers and good people whjo work in the school system.

For anyone get out of Massachusetts, away from the corrupted govt and biased media, leave the state to rot for if everyone who was apppalled by this left then the state would be in chaos

Me too

I packed up 4 years ago. my wife was born and raised there I am from England, we left after hearing how homo’s could get married, I know of othewr families who did the same.
Just look at the influx of people into NH from Mass.

I went back there to see the mother in law and I am so happy we left.

A guy from Nigeria said to me once
“we in my country teach our boys to be warriors, we teach them to hunt, fish and to be a good husband, you in this country teach your boys to love other boys, that is very strange and if every boy did this then you would have no boys to teach in the future”

I could not help but think he was right and just how weird it was for many people abroad to look at how Massachusetts is, how it very weird and pervereted that they actually think that two men having sex think they should get married

exactly what I have been saying see above posts. We moved out of the state and it was the best thing we ever did here in northern florida we have no nanny state we are now going to change the constitution so the homo's cannot get married, we have no car inspections, no emmisions testing, no state income tax, we have the castle doctrine where I can hit or shoot somone if they break into my house and threaten my family, many of the teachers here in staugustine don't think they should mention homosexuality in the schools and think that is up to parents, one high school in the town said no to a gay club or 3 kids and now the gay groups from washington has toook the town to couyrt yet the school is sticking to their guns and fighting so no gay clubs are allowed. The town said no to flying of their gay rainbow flags, guess what the gay groups from DC came in took the town to court again , after they was allowed to fly their flags for three days the town said only govt flags are now allowed to be flwon thus no more rainbow homo flags quick note ever noticed that homo's say that being gay is their private life and yet they fly their rainbow gay flags and have the rainbow bumper stickers telling everyone they are gay.

I contacted the GOP there when I lived there and find them be unorganised, couldn’t careless and were spinless much the same as the catholic church as they have given up and be beaten .

I have no idea just why any republican could ever live in that state infact it’s not just republican many of the people In know there who never vote or are independants, dems think gay marriage is disgusting.

to think these homo’s think they are married yet as soon as they leave the state they are not

now that is a sham marriage if ever there was

It would certainly get very expensive to finance liberal utopia without productive taxpayers.

Problem is that most of the surrounding states, at least those which border Fagachusetts, are also sympathetic to the queer cause... Most of New England is a cesspool of Marxist ideology, thanks to the public schools, the colleges and the universities.

If southern and midwestern states would establish themselves as places of stable economic opportunity and cultural NORMALCY, then I should think the decent ... those trapped in the Utopia of Sodomite Socialist Reprobates, would flee the abomination. The exodus would collapse the Utopian monolith of University-driven perversion that dominates the Northeast by inflicting a mortal blow against the liberal political machinery, as the permanent loss of their tax base brings about the hard facts of this cultural reality: Most Americans (and people in general)do not want their progeny to grow up in a sewer.

Once the economies of the Sodom and Gomorrah collective have crashed, then we will know the good people have left. At that point we might consider forcibly expelling ‘Babylon’ from the Union. I greatly anticipate the American Civil War, Part II... Hopefully, this time the ‘North’ will get wiped off the map, as it should have the on the first attempt.

Would not that constitute a ‘homo-alien invasion’?

It was implicit in the thread, but I thought it should be repeated for emphasis.
