Have the media declared McCain the winner of tonight's debate yet? I'm sure they've already got the stories written and ready to run, and the punsters have already decided how they are going to spin it, no matter who says what tonight.
Sorry for the cynicism, but I'm afraid that's the reality of how this is going to be reported, unless McCain absolutely strikes out on every question. Hopefully, Romney will pin him down again and again and pound away (with a smile, of course).

I'm inclined to think McInsane might actually try to implement the ID card.
Anybody who is against the ID card doesn't really want to end illegal immigration.

Re:
Is than an actual ex-AF1 in the debate hangar... It is a real one. From Reagan Library Page:
"...the Boeing 707 aircraft utilized as Air Force One during Reagan's administration. The aircraft, SAM 27000, was also used by six other presidents in its active service life from 19732001, including Richard Nixon during his second term, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush. In 1990 it became a backup aircraft after the Boeing 747s were brought into service and was retired in 2001. The aircraft was flown to San Bernardino International Airport in September 2001 where it was presented to the Reagan Foundation."

“I just cannot see how Paul and his wacky notions have any chance to get the GOP nomination.”
He has no chance of getting the GOP nomination. He’s going for a third party challenge and that’s why he’s still in the race: to raise money and get the free publicity before he walks out of the GOP.
“...if he splits off for a 3rd party run, he cannot win.”
That’s where I don’t entirely agree with you. He doesn’t have a good chance of winning. However, there is enough anger at both the existing major parties that a third party candidate may have a chance of launching a viable third party challenge. If the two candidates are Sen’s Clinton and McCain, their similarities will work against them.
A viable “conservative” third party would give the GOP some badly needed competition and would be a pretty nice consolation prize for this lemon of an election.

Unless you meant to post a different post of mine, I don’t think you meant to post that to me. If you can point me to the post I made where I used “..got it?”, I’ll respond on point.
