Did not see it posted yet, here we go folks!
This is going to be close.
While I wholeheartedly agree with your view I would slightly alter it to "NEVER not give America the benefit of the doubt first." We, as a country, have and will make mistakes depending on ones view. But the fact still remains that almost all the sins we are accused of around the world are either due to jealousy or self-hatred (ie. they are guilty of the very sin they accuse America of.)
I always thought this quote by Calvin Coolidge best defined patriotism: "What is patriotism? Why that's easy. Patriotism is looking out for yourself by looking out for your country."
We ought to have had a pool. At what percent of precincts reporting will the Republican race be called by AP?
My guess: 57% of precincts.
McCAIN TAKES THE LEAD!!!!
McCain 86,243
Mitt 84,476
7% reporting
Gonna be a LONG night!
I agree that the Panhandle is Romney/Huckabee country. If McCain is not ahead when the Panhandle vote starts coming in, then it looks like it’s Romney’s night (thank God).
Yeah, that's the issue. Romney's areas are reporting now and he really needed a big lead from these areas to counter the punch McCain is about to deliver.
I wouldn’t believe a thing rag head Shep Smith says. He’s as phony (and wussie) as they come...No difference between him and Anderson Cooper...

But you can change parties and the Tampa Tribune reported earlier this month that thousands of Dems were jumping parties so their votes would count (since the DNC won’t seat any Dem delegates.)

Rudy is toast.
McCain gaining.
Not good.
Nothing will be settled tonight. Whoever wins will win by a small margin. Then it's on to Super Tuesday. Though to be honest I hope McCain loses every time he runs for anything.
I wouldn’t put anything past him. I got roughed up by his jack boot handlers trying to enter his event in Orlando. I gave a media packet to Byron York and they tried to remove me physically from the event. I told them to get the police who at first took McCain’s side until I reminded them of the Pruneyard decision. The police checked with headquarters and escorted me back into the event. I think this kind of storm trooper treatment of an American citizen and veteran is a disgrace. I have encountered similar treatment by McCain campaign people at other stops minus the physical stuff. We don’t demonstrate inside the event or cause a disturbance.

Damn, McCain is going to win this thing by four points or more. He is ahead now without the panhandle or Cubans.
McCain gets those same vet votes he got in SC.
