IF CNN IS JUST GETTING FIGURES FASTER THAN OFFICIAL SITE-THEN HOW, IF YOU SELECT A POINT WHEN BOTH SITES WERE REPORTING ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF VOTES, COULD CNN HAVE IT AS:
