I hate exit polls.
There only there to manipulate the vote.
I believe that if McCain does manage to take Florida and Romney comes in second, Fred will come out and endorse Mitt Romney before Super Tuesday. If Romney does win tonight I hope that Fred endorses him anyway before next Tuesday. Just my opinion and hope.

Sounds like Zogby just gave the nod to McCain tonight.
1.7% is margin of error stuff, but consider this - Older folks for McCain, younger for Romney. Older folks voting earlier in the day, younger later, as they get off work. That might help Romney.
