As Rush pointed out on Monday, if he had endorsed someone, say Duncan Hunter, then today he’d have to be explaining not only why he endorsed a person who dropped out, but have to be disavowing the ENDORSEMENT given by “his candidate” to a candidate he hates.

In his dialog, his example was McCain, but my guess is even he didn’t think Hunter or Thompson would endorse Huckabee.

Well, I was thinking about a couple of months back when Fred first entered the race, and Hunter was holding his own in the debates. That's when Rush should have pitched in, but he didn't, and now we have NO Conservatives in the GOP field.
