Thanks for the tip. I’ll see if I can find a video of the first debate.

Ron Paul’s pool is called a wadding pool. Not one for adults.

You have that backwards. As Rush pointed out, the media loves McCain, and give lots of good press to Huckabee. The press tears Rudy and Romney apart.

Gee, I wonder what Huckabee will do with those 800 supporters.

Snicker...:-)

I have to question my notion of Duncan Hunter now. There is simply no way to make this add up. Others have theirs, but Huckabee is the one GOP candidate that I will not vote for.

Fred was my guy over Hunter, because I liked him better, and the obvious electability issues. Now I’m on to Romney.

Yeah - that makes sense.

Politicians treating their supporters sorta like ants at the picnic - once the beer is gone.

Like *What the hail do I do with these little peeple?* *They are so over me?* *Move along now - nothing to see here*

Mitt Romney does not need this job - and he must be crazy to want it.

Vote for the crazy man - he has his own money - he doesn’t want yours - or the special interest groups - or the interns.

HUCKABEE only mentioned one person for Secretary of Defense, DUNCAN HUNTER: ‘‘What you do,’’ he [Huckabee]explained, 'is surround yourself with the best possible advice.’ The only name he [Huckabee] mentioned was Representative Duncan Hunter of California. ‘Duncan is extraordinarily well qualified to be secretary of Defense,’ he [Huckabee] said.

Told you so!!!

Biggest difference between McCain and Huckabee is that McCain actually understands foreign affairs.

I won’t vote for either of them if I can help it, but if it had to be one or the other, McCain by a mile.

If I want a democrat I’ll vote for a democrat and not one who trys to pass himself off as a Republican.

Huckabee is the only remaining candidate who seems to share any of his concerns about China.

Oh puhleeze.

Huckabee is the only one the media SAYS is concerned about China.

Wonder why?? Perhaps they are trying to boost the one candidate which would demolish any chance the GOP has in '08.

Romney has given many proposals on getting tough on China, specifically on how to prevent China from getting over on the US.

Other candidates have also, but to a lesser degree.

And what is so awful about Bain Capital in regards to China?

Lastly, I must admit to getting a laugh at seeing Hunter-only folks floundering all over the place trying to justify why Duncan should not be considered a flip-flopping liberal liar.

After all, Huckabee is the MOST pro-illegal immigrant of the entire Republican bunch -- and that is saying a mouthful!!

Very, very disappointing.

Hunter’s apparently not everything I thought he was.

Just Damn...

Huck and Paul were already pretty much in my "Least Worst of the remaining candidates". Huck is ok on 2A, but Paul is better on "smaller, more Constitutional government". Both have philosophical warts that put them both in the "ugly step-sister" category for me.

Either are far superior, even considering said warts, then Rudy McRomney.

ROFLMAO, man I thought Duncan jumped the shark when he went on MSNBC unannounced and kept mumbling about having one delegate, but this takes the cake.

Its sad really.

You know....

Something else just occurred to me. There have always been “shifts” in thinking over the decades, and there have also been “shifts of voters”, people changing parties and so forth.

I’m wondering if an awful LOT of Democrats didn’t change parties in their states to cause consternation and confusion in the Primaries.

I mean, “Why NOT?” Because I don’t think there is any law in any state that forces you to vote only Party lines in the General.

The Democrats figured to run Hillary since she ran for the Senate, as a Presidential candidate. What IF through word of mouth (which works in advertising, right?) Democrats convinced each other to change parties for the primaries mostly and let those that didn’t play along “vote in Hillary” - while in the mean time making a disgusting mess out of the Republican tickets?

I mean, if I were a democrat, and thought of this, I’d sure change sides long enough for the primaries to force the least likely Conservative on the Conservatives.

Conspiracy theory, and you all know how much I hate them, but most such conspiracies come from the Liberals. Why not actually participate in a REAL conspiracy to get your person elected?

It’s legal, and alls fair, right????????????

...and Huckabee is also strongly pro-life.

Too close to rapists, murderers and other assorted thugs for my liking.

I saw that character over the last year of campaigning and was greatly impressed

How sad. Duncan Hunter, it turns out, is very easily impressed.
