Don't know, wideawake has seen a satelite image of the McDonald's in question and probablly can answer your question.

Having said that I have yet to see a McDonald's in the world or other fast food restaurants that will fail to ask you to move forward in special food order and the food will be brought out to your car. That is a reasonable request and entirely within the rights of the restaurant to do so in order to keep the line at the drive-in window moving.

Not fenced in, the right side is all open parking lot.

If you look at the sat image (just googlemapping 1934 north hercules clearwater fl), you will see that the drivethru lane has the drivethru windows on the left as you drive toward the road.

The drivethru lane itself is wide enough to admit two good sized automobiles.

On the right side of the drivethru lane there are slotted parking spaces. Past the parking spaces on the right are trees and landscaping.

The parking spaces are likely staff parking spaces if this McD follows the typical setup, meaning that the cop had a wall on his left and parked cars on his right.
