His reactions in the past hasn’t always been very good.
Remember how he handled the Rush/Reid thing?

From Fox News:
CONCORD, N.H. Presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee said Monday the buzz about former Sen. Fred Thompson's expected entry into the race reminds him of a cartoon superhero.
"There is this almost created sense of this Mighty Mouse candidacy, 'Here I come to save the day,"' Huckabee told reporters after giving a speech at a financial services company. "In the end, voters are not necessarily looking for someone to come in and save the day."
Huckabee said voters are looking for consistency and authenticity a veiled jab at rival Republicans who have changed positions throughout their careers. (cont.)

Yea, and I thought Bush was trustworthy too. And you know what, he let me down. Pandering to the left, bigger government, amnesty...
And I'm somehow to think that the people that keep voting John "Reporting for duty" Kerry, and Ted "The swimmer" Kennedy back to the Senate, time and time again, would somehow vote for a true conservative to run their state?
Oh please, indeed!
To: lapster
LOL! Huckabee would definitely get a lot of attention out of that. A question I have is if Michael Savage wrote it instead, then would there be any difference in what it said?

She’d be a good choice for you guys, for sure! ;o)

Thanks for posting. Huckabee’s a creep. Voters may in fact be looking for consistency and authenticity, but not when a candidate is consistently wrong...like Huckabee. At least Mitt is willing to move in the right direction.

A simple, direct, respectful and appropriate statement to Fred and his family.
Nicely done, with class.

Ann Coulter has endorsed Mitt over McCain or Huckabee. That’s good enough for me.

3 reasons why these folks are insane to even think about staying home...
1. 4/8/12/16 years of Hillary/Obama...
2. SCOTUS judges and judges all the way up and down the spectrum...
3. Other GOP candidates all across the board. They'll go down to defeat as well.

With Bush, we got compassionate conservatism. With Romney, we get a more competent and comprehensive conservatism. We already know Romney knows how to use the veto pen and he’s not going to try to ram the McCain-Kennedy amnesty bill down our throats like Bush did. We’re ahead already. A little less bleeding heart and a lot more cutting edge.

“Perhaps, but unfortunately it’s going to be either Romney or McCain as the Pubbie candidate in November. The alternative is to either throw away your vote third party or stay at home and give a closet muslim or the Second Coming of Clinton the victory by default.
No good options here, but I’ll be damned if I’ll give one square inch to Hillary or Obama.”
Reality versus fantasy and whining. Life is reality.
