About 1964, the schools in America equalized their students of all races. A friend of mine was told by the principal of the local black school, that his students would never have the manners of the students in the all white school. We have now watched the manners of all students in most schools deteriate, just as the black principal predicted. You are right, until parents teach their children to respect them and others, the manners will never improve.
