Fred is my only choice. Otherwise I am just sitting this one out. I am tired of having to settle for 2nd or 3rd choice every year.

You, me, and Tom Delay apparently.
The RNC can go to Hell.
Is Mrs. Clinton your fourth choice? We got 8 years of the immoral ex42 because of the Perot vote.

I gotta say that I have three children who when they don’t get their way sound an awful lot like you. It’s tough to not get what we want - especially if we are convinced that it is best. HOWEVER, sometimes, you just gotta make do. To act otherwise becomes a rather immature response.
it is a primary election and we all get our vote. Unless the winner is a clear opponent of the majority of your views, I don’t know why you wouldn’t support the one that will do SOME of the things you feel are important. The other party is likely to offer NONE of the things you value. In addition, there is likely to be a Dem majority in both houses, basically rubbers stamping most legislation for a new Dem president. This includes judges.
“Mitt Romney is the best overall candidate from the conservative and Evangelical point of view”
If you “sit this one out” we can thank you for Hillary Clinton as president - and that’s exactly how we got Bill Clinton - good stubborn bull-headed people sitting it out. Sheeeesh already.
