Michael Savage, the occasionally loud, usually offensive radio personality who is deliberately ignored by every major media outlet in America, is the sort of person youd be better off knowing about.
Originally Michael Alan Weiner, he grew up in the Bronx. He currently lives in San Francisco, or as he sometimes refers to it, San FranFreako. But his thick, Italian New York accent, coupled with his love of Italian food and his certainty about everything he sets his mind to, make his roots as evident as ever.

Savage let slip the truth a few months back. He drinks every day - enough alcohol to rot his brain - a little at a time. This explains his outbursts.

I love getting my daily dose of Michael Savage. He kind of reminds me of the ticked off Howard Beale (played by Peter Finch), in the movie “Network”, who famously said “I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not going to take this anymore!!”

I believe that most of what Savage says is dead on true. A lot of truth is ugly, politically incorrect, and offensive. Just as the universe makes no allowance for stupidity, it makes no allowance for any of the above. The US ignores the Savages among us at its ultimate peril.

The US ignores the Savages among us at its ultimate peril. YOu are correct.
I personally knew a savage several years ago. I deply regret the fact that I did not kick his a$$ early in the relationship.
Savage, and many like him, may be right, but they are bullies, and the best way to deal with a bully is to kick his a$$ and establish early the pecking order.

Savage, and many like him, may be right, but they are bullies, and the best way to deal with a bully is to kick his a$$ and establish early the pecking order. No one forces anybody to call the show. So if Mikey goes off on a caller in a "bullying" way it's usually because the caller deserves a butt-kicking.

If you are a caller, don’t ask Michael how he is doing. He also has a habit of cutting callers off in mid-sentence.
