In the stuffy world of politics, the Ron Paul campaign has earned the reputation of being something like a raucous, freedom-loving party. A raucous, freedom-loving party with lots of paranoid bigots. So it would probably be more surprising if the band reportedly headlining RonPaulapalooza didn't have a few teeny-tiny problems with the Jews, who they feel are trying to destroy everybody. The band Poker Face enjoys churning out a hard-chargin' "freedom rock" that they developed under the influence of Boston, the Beatles, and Frank Zappa, as well as a firm conviction that the Holocaust did not happen and that the Jews are in fact the lead agents of a "Satanic World Order."
And according to a notice sent out by RonPaulaplooza organizers, you can get yourself a taste when Poker Face (along with some "lesser-known bands") rocks the big event, now tentatively scheduled for the Fourth of July holiday weekend in Morehead, Kentucky. As of post time, organizers had not responded to Radar's anxious inquiries about the possible co-appearance of a sassy little slice of pizza known to sling some fairly dope rhymes about the Ron Paul revolution.

The newsletters railed against political correctness, the Bureau of Tobacco, Alcohol, and Firearms, against abortion, and against the loss of US sovereignty.
In other cases, he claims Paul was ‘defending’ David Duke when if you looked at the newsletter, the author was actually comparing Bill Clinton to him. In a liberal’s mind, that’s defending.
Good to know where you stand. With Bill Clinton, for gun control like Bush, and for abortion.
In 1943 my grandfather landed in Italy, where he spent the better part of his time between then and May of '45 killing people like the guys in Poker Face. People like the guys in Poker Face put several rounds into my great uncle Del at the Battle of the Bulge. People like the guys in Poker Face started a war that killed tens of millions. People like the guys in Poker Face conceived, designed, built, supplied and ran Auschwitz.
Passing the word that the candidate is no longer interested in hearing from, being seen with, or getting help from these people would not be a violation of freedom of association. It would be sane. And that's why Ron Paul hasn't done it.

The newsletters' were much ado about nothing.
Paul has said he does not welcome these people support, but he would be contradicting himself if he told these people what to do. It would go against the grain of everything he believes in.

What’s happening to Paul is pretty sad. Read Booker T. Washington’s quote about black “leaders,” and you’ll understand where I’m coming from. So-called conservatives in powerful positions have a vested interest in continuing the status-quo. Ron Paul is smashing that left/right paradigm that the two-party system have used to keep Americans divided.
No, I'm saying the Neo-Con lovers should think twice before blanketing all Ron Paul supporters as evil bastards. It's going to cost the GOP dearly, especially if Ron Paul runs 3rd party. The GOP front runners are all anti-traditional conservatives and threaten to drive conservatives from the GOP itself.
Hmmm...but that doesn't mean it's not true, does it? Radar also has stories about Huckabee's South Carolina appearances in the top stories list, and CNN, Fox News, ABC Radio and my local newspaper all run stories about both Huckabee and Lindsay Lohan. Strike one!

Radar says they received a notice. If they did not do so and they publlish a retraction, I will ask the mods to pull this thread. If the mods don't pull it, I will post an notice of the retraction to everyone who posted to this thread.

The Paul campaign has nothing to do with this event. If you can prove it does, call the FEC, because they will fine him and and he will be history. Of course, it’s much easier to smear him by just alluding to it. Same as the accusations of him taking Soros money. If you can prove it - call the FEC. Soros will go to jail.

Their money does, and so does money raised at Stormfront. More to the point, however, if he dislikes the Troofers so much, why did it take him four appearances on the Alex Jones show to figure it out, including one on October 5th where Jones said "we're your base here" and Paul did nothing to dissuade that persception? I and almost every other person on FR who opposes Paul talked issues from the beginning, particularly about the war that Dr. Paul would like to lose in Iraq. We were smeared as haters of the Constitution because we wanted to kill Al Qaidaa there, and just a coupple of days ago I was accused of being on the payroll of the Giuliani campaign since early last year even though I have never posted anything in support of him, and much that attacks him. I'm not whining (whining's for liberals and Paulites) but those are the facts. Strike five!

My thesis is not that Ron Paul is libertarian and therefore not welcome in the GOP, my thesis is that there's something fundamentally wrong and unconservative and unlibertarian about a guy who inspires passion among goosesteppers.

A tenet of Conservatism is being fair minded and objective (that is why we are conservatives)
