TORONTO, Ontario (AP) -- A training manual for Canadian diplomats lists the United States as a country where prisoners risk torture and abuse, citing interrogation techniques such as stripping prisoners, blindfolding and sleep deprivation.

The U.S. facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, gets singled out in a training manual for Canadian diplomats.

The Foreign Affairs Department document, released Friday, singled out the U.S. detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It also names Israel, Afghanistan, China, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Syria as places where inmates could face torture.

My cousin was stopped by police in Windsor recently. When he asked why he was pulled over the cop went off on him and told him “Your F’n constitution won’t protect you here.”

I was in Windsor in 2000..they hate Americans there! They better be careful though, Detroit will soon be the Mecca of America any way and it won’t matter if you are Canadian or American in the radical jihadis eyes.. (And I am not referring to moderate Muslims).

U.S. in Canadian manual as possible torture site

Given what I hear is the 'government-subsidized' nature of their television broadcasts, I would suggest that Canada (courtesy of the Canadian government) should be listed "as [a] possible torture site"...
