I can't believe Fred will endorse McCain. He would have to have been lying to us all along to do that.

He wasn't lying and he wan't endorse McCain.

Fred isn't lying when he calls McCain his good friend.

At Intrade, Fred getting out before January 31st has been running at 80%. You wouldn't want to bet against it.

Who will he endorse? Probably not the candidates he has been smashing his battle-axe on, which is Huck, Giuliani and Romney.

Do you think it might be the candidate he has been tickling with a feather duster? That would be McCain.

I cannot believe Fred Thompson, whom I support along with Duncan Hunter, would endorse crazy John McCain. One look at McCain’s amnesty votes and ultra liberal record (and his mental issues) and and it is clear McCain would not be really bad for the US.

Nice speculation, not based on facts of course.

McCain and Fred are good friends but have grown apart politically. Chances are Fred would endorse no one.

Which leads me to the second problem with your speculation.

Fred is not dropping out.
