Ahhh, so you’re one of those that believe when our founders said “we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights and that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness..” God was only talking about American citizens.

Yup. We are endowed of a variety of goodies by the Creator in His universe not the man made construct called the US. To believe otherwise is highly arrogant of you. Taking your bizarre formulation to its logical conclusion would mean that all man made laws were spurious and evil.
