Brit Hume just called it.
I tell you one thing, Paul is running congressional campaign ads here in Houston now. Apparently all his talking about what he really thinks is scaring his constituents in his district and he’s having to shore things up to keep his day job.
The beast can NOT debate Mitt he will beat her every time with her cacking witch voice.
Sounds RINO enough .....
LOLOLOL! You nailed it, T2TR!
Fieldmarshal, you’d better get used to the fact that many, many conservatives support Mitt. I’m very happy with tonight’s results, and for the message that was very loudly sent to the likes of McCain and Huckabee. I like Fred, too, but if the polls show him at 12% and he only pulls 6% of the vote, he’s not generating the kind of support we need to completely vanquish the Dems and their fraud this fall.
One might think you’re spreading dissent to discourage the pubbies from winning. That kind of vote-splitting should be called the Ross Perot wing of the party, and the last time it was used, it gave us 8 years of destroying our country. JMO
ZOT!
Politics isn’t really an area that I’d recommend for you. Did you ever thing of taking up hub cap collecting or something?
Knock it off. The abuse, the language, the claiming to speak for FR. Knock it off now.
FYI. As a Thompson supporter if I were a resident of Michigan I would have gone Romney as well. It was truly an "anybody but McCain" night.
Thank you.
When conservatives vote, liberal McCain has a snowball chance in hell.
I’m pulling for a big win in SC for Fred...
No. the point is that Mitt Romney would be far far better for Republican unity and the conservative movement than to have a known backstabber like McCain - who is *campaigning* on issues we disagree with - at the top of our ticket.
Romney is against CO2 caps, McCain is for them.
Romney is for drilling in ANWR, McCain is against it.
Romney has been running on Reaganesque agenda. McCain is running basically on being right on the surge, while defedning his RINO actions on amnesty, CFR, etc.
Romney is right. McCain is wrong.
‘Given Flips record , do you truly believe that Flip will follow through on his promises ?” Yes. Rush expressed the same confidence after the Iowa primaries.
Romney is a superb executive, in the best sense of the word - he executes, gets things done, turns things around. His Presidential ‘to do’ list is overall pretty conservative, and he will make the effort to “get er done!”.

“When I told Romney what Adams had said, the governor told me he appreciated the free pass he had been given, but that he would respectfully decline to take itbecause he has managed to pass some measures and doesn’t consider any of the outstanding ones to have failed irredeemably yet. He handed me a document that listed ninety-seven promises he had made during his 2002 campaign, each one falling into one of three categories: “done,” “ongoing,” or “not yet.” An asterisk indicated those promises on which he had tried to act but had been rebuffed by the legislature. There is something distinctly Romneyesque about the document: the businessman’s ledgerlike mentality; the deep concern that he be seen as a man of his word, a man who will try his hardest to deliver on whatever he promises; and the sheer earnestness. It’s the same earnestness that’s reflected in his ability to toggle from Bain analytic mode to golly-gee mode in seconds flat. I once heard him, in the kitchen of a home in a fifty-five-and-over community near Cape Cod, go from rattling off numbers concerning COBRA payments and health-insurance premiums to saying eagerly, “Well, let’s have some of this banana bread!” Romney’s sincerity, oddly enough, can sometimes make him seem artificialbut it’s a sincerity that others can only hope to fake.”
Will she cry again????
Me too.
I think he has done a great job with what he had to work with in Mass..., to govern that state he must have had to control his temper and put up with a ton of gay crap.
MEGA DITTOS my friend

What does that have to do with your use of profanity in attacking an opponent? And what do you think it says of you? Do you think it reflects well upon you? Do you think it reflects well on your candidate?
Maybe you need to turn off your computer and get away from this echo-chamber called Free Republic and enjoy the non-political side of this world for a bit and gain some perspective on what’s really important in life. I took the weekend off from all of this. It really helped. Try it. You might like it.
Do you think Flip will push for the Gun Ban in the first 6 months if elected ?
