I find one other amazing thing in the results so far: How is Thompson beating Giuliani in Michigan??

Congrats to Mitt Romney tonight. Hopefully this victory will negatively affect McCain's numbers in South Carolina.

Go Fred!! ;)

There are actually a lot of lemmings out there who will go with the perceived winner. That’s why winning states, and not just delegates, is so important to candidates. That’s also why poll numbers in State B will shift so quickly when someone wins State A.

This is all based on exit polling.

Which isn't foolproof, not that I don't want Romney to do well. Just not ready to party yet, it's rather early.

Huckster HQ is still waiting for the Huck to speak. Some friend-of-Huck has been on stage for a while now.

McLame ran from the State of Michigan like a dog with his tail between his legs.

I’m for Fred, but glad Romney beat McLame.

Anything to deflate a possible a possible Mitt victory

If it keeps him out of office without putting Hillary in I'm all for it. That man is dangerous. He will say and do anything to get elected. He has a vendetta for what happened to his father and that is never good for the country.

Let’s wait and see if it holds up to 75% of the vote in. These bozos are just making news and generating ratings.

If it holds up, we will likely look back to this moment as definitive in the campaign, just as McCain’s loss after NH was definitive in 2000.

Hello,

I do not support Mitt to win the primary, but for him to slow, if not stop McCain in MI is sweet indeed....

Thompson/Romney

Romney can swing back in in 2016.

Fred advising McCain: he needs to start talking about the economy blah blah blah.

FRED: He needs to start winning Republican votes!

(He won’t)
