No. Not specifically in that manner.

I _would_ recommend that it be amended to either:
1. Remove the "no religious test" language, or...
2. Amend the 1st Amendment to remove the followers of Muhammed from its protections.

And I mean that in all seriousness. I realize that your opinions are different.
