Knowing the neighborhoods in question, most of the ladies in question are black themselves. Those skanky, smack addicted white and hispanic gals ply their trade on Cicero Avenue or along Wilson Avenue.
Why do I know this? I had a friend of mine at U of C do her thesis on street walkers in Chicago. This was a decade ago, and I can't find her thesis anywhere online.
