You well know that the USS COLE’s Rules of Engagement were completely insufficient to their situation. USS COLE happened because the Clinton administration lowered ROE rules so drastically for little reason.
That beinfg said, Paul’s answer was ridiculous.
Paul just made himself a laughingstock..........he is a JOKE........and dangerous to our military.
I think the point is that, judging by his answer, Paul’s Rules of Engagement probably wouldn’t be much different than Clinton’s.
