I hate to say this, but everything I have seen of Fred suggests that he is just a stalking horse for McCain. He hasn’t pushed his candidacy, but has distracted conservatives from coming up with a viable choice. His passiveness would be disaster against the Dems. If he drops and endorses McCain, it will seem confirmed.

Wow. Last I checked, he was around 350K a day or so ago.

I’ll throw in another 50 bucks or so. My email is getting full of thank you letters from Fred.

Found a link...

and surprise—look what is says here

“Party Affiliation
Voters declare their political party affiliation on the day of the primary election. There is no prior registration of political party affiliation in South Carolina. “

and here

Registration Locations/Times
You may register to vote at any Library, the Chamber of Commerce, Horry County Board of Registration, Assessor’s Office or by mail. All voters must be registered 30 days prior to the election.

So you have to be registered 30 days prior to voting...but you can declare a party on the day of the primary election...That is what Rush means by an ‘open primary’....

wow..I didn’t know that that is what is meant by an open primary..

Here is the URL to the whole article

The hot blond chick is a communist liberal strategist named Kristen Powers. She’s a regular on H and C. She’s hot but the second she talks she pisses me off!

"Rudy, Paul and Huck would NOT protect disabled or Americans if something goes awry at the local level."

None of them can. I survived a 6.4 earthquake and I climbed out with everyone else that could find shoes and a flashlight at 4:30 AM checked out every place people could have been. I shut off the sheared off gas mains with others when I found a crescent wrench.

BTW, I was sitting on a toilet smoking a cigarette when I got launched in the air. The lighter helped me climb around that broken mess. Keep a lighter around for just that purpose.

Men will come around looking to save you if you are disabled in this situation. That's what happens. And it won't be the government. This place could have burned down. The water mains were broken too.

Romney is a factor, He is the best looking man on that stage, the most articulate, and well organized. And he isn’t bald.

Pitt/DiCaprio 2008! Heck, I'm better looking than Mitt, vote for me while you are at it. I don't even dislike Mitt, but don't be silly. That's my job.

Hello,

You have to say “Bless his (or her) heart” like you really mean it. Heartfelt. Heavy.

It’s just a southern code. The first time I heard it, I thought it was a compliment. LOL!
