To some, what I’m going to post below may seem overly dramatic, but in my opinion is apt. I’m rather tired of my fellow conservatives who, even though they do not support my chosen candidate, as is their right, continue to ignore the abysmal treatment accorded him by the powers-that-be in this election.
First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.

They came for the conservatives. I said nothing because I was not a conservative.
They’ll come for Fox & the rest of them soon enough.
I hope they enjoy their dhimmitude.
What ever happened to the line, "I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
Everyone on FR, anyone that calls themselves a conservative or an American should be outraged.
Not dramatic enough, EV. People won’t ‘get’ it until their own ox is being gored.
If we don’t know by now that the media and party heads like Mel Martinez pick our candidates, we never will.
We no longer live in a representative republic, we live in a corporate oligarchy and YOU better accept your slave status and SHUT UP!
