What a dumb article.
I guess pro-abortionists and gun grabbers are A-OK with this dope.
Was it incorrect?
Just wondering.
What a dumb response. The article write is right on. Ron Paul is no republican, and those who support him can leave too.
Just the other day I noticed posters in this forum stating that they wished all of Paul, Hunter & Keyes supporters would leave the party. One guy even said that Paul supporters were a cancer upon the GOP that needed to be cut out.
Of course in a few months these same posters will be telling everyone that we need every vote that we can get. That you must hold our nose and vote for Giuliani or you are delivering us to Hillary.
If Paul does go 3rd party, these same people are going to whine about how the GOP lost the election.
Open borders = REPUBLICAN.
Being that it is the New Republic, the answer is probably yes. But that is not the point.
Are you Ok with racists, or nuts that believe that 9/11 was and inside job just because they agree with you on the 2d amendment and abortion?
Ron Paul is a Libertarian who realized he had a better chance of getting elected to office as a Republican. I like a lot of Pauls positions, but I don't like him. And for all his spouting off about the Constitution, he has demonstrated some glaring misinterpretations of it; such as his assertion that the war in Iraq is illegal just because we did not have a formal declaration of war.
He has reached his level of political competence. He is not presidential material.
