Sure, he’s better than anyone the dems have, but I question anyone who can’t see the contradiction between successfully protecting our country and allowing (encouraging) anyone and everyone to subvert the rule of law by rewarding illegal behavior.

Don't vote for McCain and expect him to be anything difference. He won't be. Amensty John will continue to be Amnesty John, and he will do nothing to control the invasion of illegals.

Add that to his assault on the First Amendment with his CFR.

John McCain is untrustworthy. He denies ever supporting amnesty. Apparently, he didn't read his own McCain-Kennedy Comprehensive Immigration Act which provided almost-automatic z-visas to just about anyone who wanted on.

Any who advocate holding their noises and voting for McCain (or any of the other candidates) deserves what they vote for. That's how we got that massive illegal immigration mess we have now.

I think he’s hoping if he just keeps repeating “it isn’t amnesty, it’s reform” people will believe him. It’s kind of like saying “just because I’m cheating on my wife, that doesn’t make me an adulterer.”
