Well then you're probably not voting, because unfortunately the chances of anyone outside the current "top tier" RINO 4 (Huck, Romney, McCain, Rudy) being the GOP nominee is just about nil.
With the exception of '80 & '84, every general election in my lifetime has been a "lesser of two evils" situation. This time will be no different. ...but for some reason many are acting like it is. In recent history, most of us pulled the lever for GHWB, Dole, and GWB knowing full well they were far less than ideal candidates. But the alternative was far worse, so the lesser of two evils option was exercised.
There's always a lot of righteous indignation when the most conservative candidate doesn't win the nomination (this time it's Hunter and Fred), but it eventually fades when one soberly considers the nightmare on the other side of the aisle -- Dukakis/Gore/Kerry/Clinton, etc.
Happens every time. Without exception.
If liberal policies are the best, then hell, lets just let the left have it’s way and be done with it. Our politicians seem to agree.
If they aren’t, then lets put someone in who will roll back some of the travesty that has taken place.
I’m not voting for incrementalism any longer.
