I am NOT a McCain supporter.
That said, I find your remarks offensive.
John McCain may not agree with you on the issues, but you owe him respect. He is a certifiable American hero. In my book, he has earned the right to represent his beliefs without cheap shots from you.
If you’re too young or too ignorant to know his background, look it up. Or just click here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_McCain and scroll down to “Prisoner of War.”
Unless you can match his service to this country, please be more polite or just shut up.
Let’s discuss caucuses and vote counts and candidates with more class from now on, OK?
I owe nothing but contempt to the corrupt politician who, along with his pal Ted Kennedy, wants to merge my homeland with Mexico. History? Charles Keating’s bagman?
Respect for his service and suffering for our country does not give him a lifetime free pass to champion issues and policies that will destroy this country.
Just as John Murtha’s service is appreciated and respected but his positions on the war in Iraq (saying the war is lost while Americans were under fire) are NOT!
Both McCain and Murtha conducted themselves honorable on the field of battle only to support reprehensible positions while serving as elected representatives.
Amnesty for illegals, McCain-Finegold, gang of 14, Keating, AGW and insane Green support and homosexual marriage all are anathema. McCain, Murtha and any other candidate supporting these must be vigorously confronted.
“John McCain may not agree with you on the issues, but you owe him respect.”
He’s garbage.
