Coming off two wins for the GOP, I would not be so pessimistic. We live in a very divided time. This election will likely be razor close again regardless of who the candidates are. You think HRC or BO’B are going to win the south? It comes down to the same 10 or so states as last time. They are from blue states so they have to work to peel off states that we won just 4 years ago.

They just need one state my friend.....Ohio. By the looks of things in 2006, we need to peel it back from them.

I hope you're right. Once again we in the blue states will have to hope the red states are strong enough to bale us out. It's so depressing to see New Hampshire, which was once (not so long ago) our only New England red state go so rapidly to purple then to deep blue. I worry this may be happening in other states, ie Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico...
