Bill Clinton can not hold any office that could eventually allow him to hold the presidency, including cabinet positions. I’m 90% sure on that, so don’t quote me on it.

I know that he can't be Vice President, but I believe he could be in the Cabinet, but would just be omitted from the line of succession (we have had non-native born citizens as cabinet members before, they just can't become President.)
