You know for a fact Thompson does not follow the tenants of his faith? Please enumerate them, careful it might sound like the 80% of evangelicals that are supporting Huck.

Of course I don't know. But the evidence that the evangelicals are looking for to identify "practicing" have been denied by Fred out of his own mouth... Namely that he does no go to church, and that his faith would not be a big part of his campaign.

Those two points alone = big turn-off for the Christian crowd.

***But when the Pro life evangelicals grow weary of Huckabee, they’ll feel very comfortable in the camp of pro-life, evangelical conservative Duncan Hunter.

Rush has said that it’s not his job to endorse a particular candidate, but it sounds like he has, at least on an implicit level.

...and that his faith would not be a big part of his campaign.

In other words he is not "pimping" Jesus to get votes. Are you suggesting that not going to church means you are no longer a Christan? Going to church is important, however it does not single-handedly define our faith. Some people need communion more than others.
