CHEYENNE - Wyoming Republicans will make history Saturday when they become the first in the country to select delegates for the national GOP convention.
This part seems to be missing from your post.
Everyone needs to be aware of Wyoming's race taking place tomorrow and make sure that Thompson's victory there does not go unnoticed!

I certainly want to see Fred win anything, but Wyoming's total population is just north of 300,000 - smaller than most cities. There can't be many delegates at stake and that is, after all, what we're after in these primaries.

Media coverage is just the fringe benefit.

Is there going to be a live thread for Wyoming? I could invite some political activist to watch the race who many not know it’s happening!

If Fred wins this, will this build him momentum?

" There have also been calls on behalf of candidates from national GOP figures - including Mary Matalin, a former counselor to Vice President Dick Cheney, who is supporting Thompson, the former U.S. senator from Tennessee."

I wonder if Dick Cheney is a Fred Thompson supporter ?
It would be great to have Dick Cheney come out in full support for Fred and endorse him soon.

Great quote of the day ( it helps Fred ):

"The thing about Wyoming people, they just like the straight talk.

According to NRO: " Discussions with local county chairs suggest the following results, or something along these lines, would not be surprising: eight delegates for Romney, two delegates for Thompson, one delegate for Ron Paul, and one delegate for Duncan Hunter."
