The rancor divides the GOP and is EXACTLY what the Dems want. As long as we fight each other, we just help the Dems. The Dems are laughing their asses off because of how fractured we are. This could be an easy win for them. :(

I am sitting at my caucus right now. The voting is done, and platform planks are being discussed. Here is how my precinct went. 149 votes, 64 to Huck, 25 to Paul, 25 to Romney, 25 to Thompson, 8 to McCain and 2 to Guliani.

I would consider this a rural/suburban district in the center of the state (Story County)

This could be an easy win for them.

There are a lot here that would argue it will only make the Republicans more conservative if we make sure they lose again.
