Why are they herded in to groups? What happened to one person one vote and thats it? Just count em. Seems simple to me.

They show up at their precinct. Then the leader has them move to form groups for their candidates. Then they count heads in each group.

These people are disenfranchising me. Every vote has to count. Where's the ACLU and Jimmah?
