I thought the time was right to start up a live thread for results and comments about tonight, so here we are!
“Fred said he needed to come in 2nd.”
I was told by Thompson campaign staff that Fred’s strategy was to get third in Iowa.
Ron Paul almost has as many votes as Fred. Once Huckabee’s prolific tax initiations from his Arkansas days come to light, and Fred’s association with the CFR and Abraham Spencer, Paul should gain some steam. But Paul once to get rid of the IRS so that should hold him back. America loves to pay taxes.
ROFLMAO!
Thats a possibility.
We get these kinds of first-hand reports from individual caucuses and yet different results from MSM.

Huckabee Takes Iowa; Romney in 2nd
also the ticker:
ABC NEWS PROJECTS HUCKABEE WINS IOWA GOP CAUCUSES, ROMNEY SECOND. BASED ON EARLY ENTRANCE POLL RESULTS, OBAMA LEADING IN INITIAL PREFERENCES; ABC NOT YET CALLING A WINNER.
Huckleberry must've rallied evangelicals by pretending he was "attacked for his Christianity," - not for being a RINO nit-wit. Or something.
“Thompson said he needed to come in 2nd”
C’mon. Enough of this cr*p.
I’ve had this same question, and I think you have the right answer ... go figure.
Fred showed today that he has close to $6 million already on hand for a blitz of South Carolina. Now that he is dispelling the myth that he cannot win (3rd when he was supposed to lose to Paul on many reports), he’ll start picking up a lot of the support that gravitated elsewhere when they bought the MSM line that he could not win.
Iowa a red or a blue state?
Flame away if you must. I am not budging on this, and God have mercy on me if I ever waver.
The MSM gives them way, waaaay, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much credibility.
These guys didn't win Iowa either:
Given that political track record, I wouldn't bet my IRA and my mortgage on the Huckster just yet.

He make Clintoon look good
You said — “The O.J. Jury of American politics have spoken. Again.”
Or perhaps, more accurately, it would be the Evangelical wing of politics that spoke — I would say...
Regards,
Star Traveler
P.S. — And..., it definitely was not the “cult group” wing of politics that spoke... LOL...
At least he didn’t outspend everyone 20 to 1(much of it his own $$$) to come in 2nd.
