Who comes to mind are Cindy Mosteller and Gloria Haskins they use to work for McCain who disavowed them for their anti Mormon tactic but it seems in Oct of 2007 Fred Thompson Hired the known Mormon bigot Cindy Mosteller

A very astute observation. Now we only await for some FReeper to analyze the fonts and proportional spacing!

This is nothing new for opponents of the church. From the earliest days of the church to Mark Hoffman and the more recent John D. Lee Lead Scroll, forgery and bogus documents have been an important part of the effort to destroy the church. It should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the history of the LDS church that such tactics would be used against a Mormon presidential candidate.

My money would be on John McCain. I think his campaign was behind the push polling as well. I have no evidence of this. It’s just something I think he would do.

It's sleazy and directs people away from the real problems conservatives have with Mitt, which is his record and whether he can be trusted to be a conservative president.

The fonts are a direct steal of LDS modern font style that you see on all chapel and temple plaques as well as on title page of most literature. The font name escapes but I’m sure someone here in the printing biz will identify it by name.

Romney would have to have blown a fuse before he’d approve of something like that- “FAIR AND WHITE” bolded? That would appeal to an extremely narrow demographic, and disgust a far larger one.

It will take a Fed investigation to descramble the paper trail, I fear.

No Yoda...I am saying I think whoever did this is sleazy and that I don't like it because it distracts from the real issues voters should have with Mitt. I am not saying, nor do I believe it comes from the Romney Campaign. That is not to say I think the Romney Campaign is squeaky clean..they have pulled a few things and blamed overzealous campaign workers before...but in this case someone is being sleazy trying to attack Romney.

I don’t think he ever did any thing sneaky or tried to get someone else to do.

LDS don’t have to use those tackic of the world it would only hinder progress!

I am not saying there are not some LDS that are not mature and do lean on the world, but a worthy saint strives to lean on the Lord always and keep the faith and the will of the Lord will progress!

I know for a fact the days I let self get in the way I make a mess of things but the days I Let the Lord direct traffic I always do better!

If you apply these principals in one private life you sure are not going to mess up your life in general by employing another method that will surly back fire.

You see folks like Cindy Mosteller and Gloria Hawkins put self before God in the Name of God!

South Carolina Republican Party Chairman Katon Dawson said he intends to “contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Elections Fraud Division and other appropriate authorities, provide them the copy of the mail piece delivered to South Carolina Republicans and ask for a thorough investigation into this matter.”

I hope the Romney camp will keep close tabs on Dawson to ensure that he fulfills this intention. Too bad there's probably no way the FBI or Elections Fraud Division would be able to identify the perpetrator(s) prior to the SC primary. I'd hate to believe it's any of our GOP candidates, but, if it is? I'd want them to fry!
