This is nothing new for opponents of the church. From the earliest days of the church to Mark Hoffman and the more recent John D. Lee Lead Scroll, forgery and bogus documents have been an important part of the effort to destroy the church. It should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the history of the LDS church that such tactics would be used against a Mormon presidential candidate.

My guess is that its from a former Mormon.
Who hates Romney.
One doesn’t need a lot of money to do something like this. A good printer would be all you would need.
A few dozen cards would be all you would need.
I doubt the perp will be caught.

(I support Mitt Romney, figuratively speaking of course.)

No personal offense intended, but many believe that the Mormon church itself is founded on false documents (the mythical golden disks) and by a convicted con artist.
Personally, I think Mormons do a lot of good, and perhaps there is even some truth in what Joseph Smith made up. Even a con artist can get some truth from god (mysterious ways and all that). But to deny that he was indeed a con artist and did indeed start Mormonism for his own ego and greed, is disingenuous.
